Questions. A Juxtaposition. Of Marriage. Of Idolatry.

1. According to Tim Keller and I-do-not-know-how-many others, marriage is the highest or deepest or most important human relationship. But where is the biblical basis for that claim? Where is the sociological evidence for it? If it is a noble lie, what is gained from it? How can relationships ever be measured?

2. Empty claims are spoken but unspeaking, are heard but unhearing. Idols of wood and stone! And those who make them become like them.
